Quiet Linux Reader is developed by Quiet Software Studio.
Quiet Linux Reader is a local Windows utility designed to browse and export files from Linux EXT2, EXT3, and EXT4 disks in read-only mode. The application does not upload disk contents, recovered files, file names, folder structures, or user documents to any server.
Information We Collect
Quiet Linux Reader does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal files or disk data.
The application may access local disks selected or scanned by the user in order to identify partitions, browse supported file systems, scan file signatures, and export recoverable files to a user-selected destination.
All scanning and recovery operations are performed locally on the user’s computer.
File and Disk Access
Quiet Linux Reader may require administrator permission to read physical disks on Windows.
The application works in read-only mode for source disks. It does not mount the source disk and does not write data back to the original disk.
Users should export recovered files to a separate disk, folder, or storage device, not to the original source disk.
Network and License
If a licensed version is used, the application may connect to Quiet Software Studio services only for license verification, activation, or update-related purposes.
License verification does not upload user files, disk contents, or recovered data.
Data Sharing
Quiet Software Studio does not sell, rent, or share user files or recovered data with third parties.
